Aspire Bakeries champions the values of Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity and Care to help us deliver on People Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Collaboration.The Aspire Trade Claims Team is recruiting a financial analyst to calculate and process rebate and deviated billing payments in accordance with significant customer contracts on a timely and accurate basis. This position will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting rebates expenses as well as related data to financial and business stakeholders.Accountabilties: Procure, interpret, and analyze customer-provided velocity (unit volume) reports and other source documentation/data and configure for processing. Calculate/process rebate and deviated billing claims using ERP and related tools, prepare for approval and payment Prepare necessary validations of data and calculations Perform reconciliations and assist with the resolution of complex compliance, discrepancies, or data issues Participate in rebate reporting and analytics Develop effective business relationships with sales and customer counterparts to interpret contract terms, align calculation/processing efforts, work collaboratively to resolve issues. Become and act as rebates subject matter expert, particularly with assigned contracts/accounts/relationship Partner with Accounts receivable in achieving corporate DSO targets and resolving open collection issues Develop ownership of processes and process enhancements.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, business, or a related field, or1-5 years of working experience in relevant fields. Strong knowledge of MSOffice Suite, particularly strong Excel practices (including pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas, filtering, and use of the text import of formatted text data files). Knowledge of general accounting practices and principles Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Good organizational skills Familiarity with sales contracts, ability to understand, analyze, interpret Experience with SAP, Blacksmith Applications, or Tibersoft are plussesSalary Range:$65,000 - $75,000Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization.
