Job Description:

One of Sacramento's premiere construction management firms is currently seeking a professional and experienced Contracts Administrative Assistant to assist with managing contracts on commercial construction projects. Duties of this position will include:



Preparing detailed Scopes of Work


Successfully managing time lines for completion and scheduling on multiple on-going jobs


Communicating on a daily basis with General and Sub Contractors


Obtaining and understanding contracts, bids, and estimates


Ordering and understanding reports


Placing accurate material orders with multiple vendors


Maintaining an accurate paper filing and web based filing system


Uploading and Managing documents
