Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.The RoleMaintain team calendar of critical events, reporting deadlines and filing requirementsPartner with cross-functional partners on global expansion to various jurisdictionsPartner with cross-functional partners on global mobility projectsReviewer/Approver for stock administration team quarterly SOX controlsMain point of contact with internal audit and external audit partnersReporting and analysis on stock plan metrics for reporting to leadership teamOverall share pool managementEquity budget trackingQualifications7+ years in stock administration for a U.S. company preferred, or similar relevant experience, with both private and public companiesProficient in excelExperience with global mobility programs -Understanding of international complexitiesAdvanced analytical ability, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of many different types of equity awards and public company equity programs across multiple jurisdictionsHands-on experience with rolling out employee equity educationEffective and efficient time management skillsDetail oriented, organized and thoroughAbility to effectively communicate and interact with a diverse group of individuals including various levels of managementProven record of providing excellent internal and external customer serviceExcellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to workStrong eye for detail, descriptions and process.Effective communicator, oral & writtenAdvantageous:Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or in the process of obtainingSOX control experienceEducation Requirements:Bachelors DegreeAt Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
