Job Skills / Requirements Responsibilities and Duties Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the general public. Must be able to use initiative and exercise independent judgment within established guidelines. Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures, post orders, and written instructions. • Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and maintain neat, legible logs. Intermediate computer skills required, including comfort with MS Office applications, smartphones, and client-specific wireless technology. • Must be comfortable and able to operate a work vehicle as required for site duties. • Must be able to work independently and without direct supervision while maintaining high performance standards. • Ability to handle both routine and crisis situations at the client site calmly, professionally and efficiently. • Help patrol client facilities to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or other infractions before they occur. Respond to emergencies, investigate disturbances, and ensure the safety and security of people and property. • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on the assigned shift at the designated client site. • Act as a liaison between the Account Manager and security officers, ensuring clear communication and consistent expectations. • Provide supervision, coaching, recognition, performance feedback, and corrective discipline to staff on the assigned shift. • Conduct uniform inspections and post checks for assigned team members to ensure compliance with company and client standards. • Ensure all assigned shift personnel complete required monthly training on time. Qualifications • At least 18 years of age (subject to change per company policy). • High school diploma or equivalent. • State Issued Security License. • Prior Supervisory, leadership, or related work experience with at least two years of experience. • Security or related work experience with a solid understanding of the security industry and contract security services. • SOC/GSOC experience is a huge plus. • Knowledge of alarm systems, camera monitoring, and access control (badge) systems is a strong plus. • Strong writing, verbal communication skills, and interpersonal abilities. • Strong social skills and a team player mindset. • Winteam Experience a plus. • E-hub Experience is a plus. • Envoy experience is a plus. • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
