training and have a minimum 1 years ABA Therapy experience.

considered. This position offers an opportunity to support students
in a K-12 school setting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Newark, NJ. The role
is ideal for professionals passionate about applied behavior
analysis and working directly with students to improve functional
and behavioral outcomes. Responsibilities include managing a
caseload of 15-25 students, implementing behavior intervention
plans, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with
educators and other professionals to enhance student learning and
development. This contract position runs for the current school
year with consistent hours from 8:00 AM to 2:40 PM, three days per
week. Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
certification required; BCBA certification also considered Prior
experience as an RBT essential for providing effective student
support Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies
and data collection techniques Ability to work collaboratively with
school staff and families Commitment to student progress and
ethical practice in applied behavior analysis Location: Newark, New

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.40 to $39.40.
