As an Assembler you will: Assemble, wire, and test electromechanical devices according to specifications. Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble components. Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any issues in assembled products. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies. This is a Full-Time Temp to Hire opportunity. Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st shift - 6am - 2:30pm 2nd shift - 2:30pm - 11pm The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience as an assembler or in a similar role. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics. Some experience with soldering and crimping techniques. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting. Excellent hand dexterity Familiarity with hand and power tools Comfortable working with small and delicate materials Ability to follow written instructions provided by the manufacturer to build the final product Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour 2nd Shift earns 10% shift premium *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
