With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process. *Must have experience in Civil construction or Marine Construction.* Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and roadblocks. Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Support and motivate cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality results. Track progress, monitor performance, and report updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. Champion process improvements to enhance project delivery and team efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Must have experience in Civil construction or Marine Construction. 5 years of project management experience, preferably in [insert relevant industry, e.g., manufacturing or industrial operations]. PMP certification or similar credential (preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience. $110,000-$150,000 DOE.
