The Role:Do you love marketing software and services as well as new technologies, and communicating the value across different audiences? As our new Product Marketing Manager, you are in a high-impact role focused on launching new services and software and sustaining existing offerings. You are someone who loves working cross-functionally and thrives in an international, collaborative environment. In this role, you will: Own the messaging and help drive the launch and growth strategy for Logitech software and services products.Manage the messaging, positioning, and refinement of our existing software service product portfolio for marketing and sales assets.Act as a critical liaison across all go-to-market teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to bring our product marketing vision to life both internally and outside of the company.Create compelling marketing assets (including but not limited to digital and sales assets) and influence key GTM decisions for your products (e.g. naming, messaging and positioning, creative strategy, feature prioritization, etc.).Work with the Campaigns team to develop innovative global campaigns on a global scale targeting B2B audiences.Partner with Channel Marketing and Sales Enablement teams in the creation of training materials for new services and existing services updates. Work with the Content Marketing team to bring relevant insights from our software platform to a wider audience for thought leadership as well as ensure localization for relevant assetsPartner with content marketers to create compelling content to drive adoption of software among current customer base.Support our Channel Sales organization with the creation of global marketing collateral and toolkits.Work with internal and external creatives (designers, copywriters, producers, etc.) to bring your product/service to market on brand, and with a sense of playfulness Support Customer Experience offerings with messaging, positioning, and asset development.Partner with the Web team to ensure optimization of software and services promotion on our websiteKey Qualifications5 years in marketing (preferably software or services marketing), product strategy, sales or equivalent go-to-market experience.Born collaborator - comfortable working with multiple teams across a globally dispersed company, including product management, regional marketing, PR, and senior management.Natural storyteller with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-starter with a bias for action, solving problems, and the determination to drive decisions and consensus across stakeholder groups.Ability to quickly frame a path forward in the face of a complex, ambiguous challenge.Outstanding follow-through (stays with problems until they are solved), time management, and project management skills.Analytical - ability to turn data into a narrative that guides marketing strategy.Special interest or experience in hardware services, collaboration technology, and channel marketing a plusVery comfortable consulting and working with creatives to effectuate the vision of our products.Ability to travel up to 10%.Education:Bachelor---s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a business, marketing, or communications fieldMBA a bonusLogitech is the sweet spot for people who are passionate about products, making a mark, and having fun doing it.
