We are currently seeking a Project Manager, Drive Unit. The candidate is an accomplished project manager with strong organizational capabilities and the ability to influence and coordinate with talented engineering teams and stakeholders for a seamless delivery of technical programs. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for efficient progression within a fast-paced and complex work environment.
The Role:

  • Works with fast paced cross functional team of engineers to ensure that drive units development activities are executed efficiently.
  • Manages stakeholders across the engineering development organization with regard to drive unit builds, deliveries, test activities, etc.
  • Tracks drive unit usage and failures, reporting regularly to the engineering organization and prioritizing and driving efficient issue resolution.
  • Collaborates effectively with teams across the Lucid business, by developing the drive unit team's internal and external-facing processes.
  • Develops and implements effective program management processes and best practices from initiation to completion
  • Fosters strong cross-functional partnerships and can effectively prioritize workload demands to meet project deadlines
  • Maintains and manages records of all the issues, their resolutions, part cutover dates and utilizes data to help make effective high priority decisions.
  • Ownership mindset. Takes ownership of problems and drives them to resolution.
  • Fosters technical communication by sharing end of project report and shares its learnings with the engineering team.Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience of project management
    • Experience in automotive development processes.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work in a high-pace highly complex cross-functional environment.
    • Excellent organization skills with a track record of delivering projects on-time
      Preferred:
      • Experience in automotive hardware and software development processes
      • Experience with Agile project management tools including Atlassian software (JIRA, Confluence)
        Education:
        • Bachelors degree. Master's degree is highly valued.
