Vertical Description:

The Program Manager, Privacy & Compliance will support the Legal Privacy & Compliance team to scope and manage programs and execute deliverables. They will partner across functional teams to analyze business requirements, build and manage project plans, identify and solve problems and remove roadblocks, and drive execution of project goals and deliverables. A high degree of relationship management and collaboration is required across the company, including executives, functional business teams, outside counsel, and international business teams.

Essential Functions:
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, subject matter experts, and functional teams to identify critical issues, solve problems, and design and deploy scalable business processes
nalyze data and processes to identify issues that may have the same underlying cause and use evidence based analytical thinking to verify the relationships between issues and develop practical solutions fixing the underlying root cause
Gain a holistic understanding of the end-to-end processes to effectively develop, document, maintain, and share required project management artifacts, including project plan, schedule, RACI matrix, and communication summaries using standard project management tools
Manage project plans and timelines, ensure project roles and responsibilities are clear, and drive execution across all workstreams
Facilitate process mapping exercises to analyze and document existing and new processes, highlight gaps, risks, and areas for improvement

Required Qualifications: Partnership mindset: Places themselves in the "mind of the other" to understand their point of view and tailors his/her responses and solutions in a way that will meet the others needs Strong critical thinking skills: Distinguishes fact from opinion and relevant from extraneous information to recognize the critical issue(s); weighs the relative importance, adequacy, and logical soundness of information; uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions to problems Issue identification: Quickly grasps the question or issue being raised, whether verbally or in writing; attentive to what the other is saying and not saying to get to the root of the issue; asks the questions that need to be answered rather than answering the question that was asked Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, fluid environment 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs; experience with Privacy & Data Security a plus Flexibility & resilience: Remains flexible and adjusts to demands and shifting priorities without becoming frustrated; open to change and new ideas; finds alternate ways to work through obstacles to get issues resolved Self-motivated and performance driven, with demonstrated ability to manage tasks and assignments with limited direction Skilled in building process maps, flow diagrams, presentations, and visualizing complex themes Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to seek out and implement best practices Skilled with Smartsheet, Lucidchart, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office suite
