We are looking for an innovative business process manager to optimize our business processes. You will be documenting our current processes, recommending improvements, and evaluating the efficiency of changes implemented. To ensure success as a business process manager, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of business processes within the automotive industry or and extensive experience in a similar role. An accomplished business process manager will be someone whose expertise translates into the realization of our business's long-term objectives. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and/or revise existing procedures and implement solutions related to supply chain functions.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform requirements analysis and monitor implemented changes to business processes and make adjustment to processes as needed.
  • Guide and supervise personnel who were assigned specific tasks.
  • Perform ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
  • Present progress reports and integrating feedback.
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Document process on our Qualtrax system and initiate DCRs when new revisions arise.Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or in a related field.
    • A Master's degree in business administration will be advantageous.
    • At least two years' automotive experience specifically service parts.
    • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
    • Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills.
