We have a exciting opening for the role Finance Lead / Finance Manager to join our growing business! Our vision is to make tasty and healthy food and beverage more accessible to everyone. We are now operating at San Francisco Premium Outlet and Stanford Shopping Center for fruit tea and bakery products, and we are on a mission to open dozens of locations in the next few years around the country to serve more customers. Please visit our and to learn more about our product offerings.ResponsibilitiesConduct financial planning and analysis for the company;Lead strategic finance; budget planning and monitoring;Oversee daily operations, monthly close process and preparation of financial statements; Coordinate with external CPA firm to generate, consolidate, and implement annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly/quarterly reports; working with external firm to prepare and provide quarterly tax reporting as requested by state or federal Tax Department;Reconcile, investigate, and resolve accounting transactions related to financial statements;Consolidating diverse financial contents to build management reports and dashboards; analyze business results / P&Ls, and communicate key insights to management team;Ensure that necessary controls are in place to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial information;Responsible for synthesizing large amounts of information into coherent business interpretations and effectively communicating relevant content across varying levels of management;Consolidate finance, accounting and P&L from China tech centerRequirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; 5+ years' experience in financial planning and analysis or related field; experience of working in fast-paced environment for manager level is a plus;Strong analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills;High proficiency with complex financial modeling and reporting techniques;Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized;Familiar finance and accounting in China is a plusWhat you'll getCareer path: Exciting projects opportunities and exposure in a fast-growing startup; You will work with a group of smart people and have impact on the industry!Competitive comp and benefits: We believe in pay for performance and want you to have a strong sense of ownership of the company;Lots of free boba and cake tasting and more amazing innovative drinks and bakery items awaits!
