seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead our Ads
Monetization product efforts, unlocking new revenue opportunities
and advancing our advertising capabilities through innovative ad
formats and machine learning-driven optimizations. This is a highly
visible role, responsible for shaping and executing the strategic
vision for Tubi's advertising experience, and partnering closely
with senior leadership, FOX's adRise platform team, and key
stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing.In this
role, you will build and represent the ads product roadmap, drive
experimentation, and lead cross-functional collaboration to
significantly enhance Tubi's monetization potential.This is a
hybrid role based in our San Francisco office.What Success Will
Look Like:
- Developing and launching innovative new ad formats and
monetization opportunities
- Driving significant improvements in ad performance and revenue
through ML/AI-driven experimentation and optimization
- Establishing strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Product
Marketing Management, and Engineering teams
- Clearly communicating and advocating for the ads roadmap to
senior leadership
- Delivering measurable improvements in advertising revenue and
viewer experience metricsWhat You'll Do:
- Lead strategy, ideation, and execution for Ads Monetization
products
- Identify and develop new ad formats and monetization strategies
leveraging machine learning and AI
- Build, maintain, and clearly communicate the Ads product
roadmap to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing
Management teams to ensure alignment on market needs and revenue
goals
- Scope, launch, and iterate on monetization experiments,
tracking performance rigorously and adjusting based on
learnings
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, data science, and
design teams to execute product vision
- Work closely with analytics teams to measure impact and guide
product iterationsWhat You'll Need:
- 8+ years of product management experience, specifically in
digital advertising (adtech) and monetization
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new
ad products and formats
- Deep expertise in AI and ML-driven ad optimization and
experimentation
- Excellent analytical skills, able to leverage data to make
informed product decisions and clearly communicate outcomes
- Strong ability to build cross-functional partnerships, align
stakeholders, and influence without direct authority
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to
effectively present strategic plans and results to senior
executives
- Experience collaborating closely with an array of
cross-functional partners including Legal, Business Operations,
Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Marketing Management
