This role requires strong assessment skills, clinical competences, and effective documentation practices to support patient outcomes and satisfaction. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Perform thorough and systematic assessments across all growth stages, from Pediatric to Geriatric. /n - Deliver direct patient care, demonstrating knowledge of emergency equipment and procedures. /n - Maintain accurate and complete documentation of nursing processes and patient progress. /n - Exhibit professionalism by understanding and following hospital policies and identifying areas for growth. /n - Respond consistently to patients, families, and coworkers in a positive and courteous manner. /n - Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals and ensure safe transfer techniques are utilized. /n - Provide individualized patient care according to surgical procedures and anesthesia types. /n - Prioritize and manage patient care responsibilities based on changing patient needs. /n - Assess patient understanding of surgical procedures and include family members in teaching efforts. /n - Support timely completion of Pre Admission Testing (PAT) orders based on the patient's health status. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Minimum of 2 years of travel nursing experience in large hospital settings. /n - Current ACLS and BLS certifications. /n - Active RN License. /n - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
