Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) provides Applied Behavior
Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum in Ohio
and New Jersey. We offer services in homes and in schools. We are
proud to offer: - Competitive compensation up to $30/hour! -

for staff working at least 30 hours per week - Flexible full-time
or part-time schedules available (15 – 40 hours/week) - Mileage
reimbursement and limited travel for in-home services by matching

Training Course! Service Locations: In-Home, Community, Daycare,
and School Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or
equivalent required - At least 18 years old - Reliable
transportation and a valid driver’s license - Ability to pass a
background check Required Skills: - Experience working with
children - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability
to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a
team - Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with
individuals with ASD - Excellent problem-solving skills and the
ability to think on your feet Schedule: Monday-Friday, after 4:00pm
