Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Summary: Golden Hartz ABA is seeking a dedicated and
experienced Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) to join our team in Columbia, MD. As a key member of our
organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with
autism and their families. If you are passionate about making a

clinical supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts
(BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the delivery
of ABA therapy services - Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans for clients with autism, in collaboration with the
treatment team - Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress
monitoring to ensure client goals are being met - Maintain accurate
and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions -
Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists,
occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure
comprehensive care - Stay up-to-date with industry developments,
best practices, and evidence-based treatments - Participate in
staff training and development activities to enhance knowledge and
skills Requirements: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
credential - Minimum of 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or a
related field - Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories,
and methods - Excellent communication, organizational, and
interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment and prioritize tasks accordingly - Flexibility to work
varying schedules, including part-time and full-time shifts What We
