Job Description WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN Maternal - Newborn for a local contract nursing job in Voorhees, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Maternal - Newborn - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Labor and Delivery Nurse a for a 13-week, 26-week and long-term temp contract assignments at a Prestigious Hospital in Voorhees, NJ. Job Function: /n - Day Shift. /n - 3x12. /n - Categorizes patients in the appropriate level of classification. /n - Applies external fetal monitor and interprets fetal heart tracing and uterine activity. /n - Implements intervention appropriately based on fetal heart rate pattern and maternal status during labor. /n - Identifies emergency situations, observes age and notifies provider accordingly. /n - Screens patients for pain during the initial assessment and reassess according to guidelines. /n /n Job Requirements: /n - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). /n - Current RN license for the state of New Jersey. /n - BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP certifications from the American Heart Association. /n - Fetal Monitoring Certificate Preferred. /n - 3 Years Experience Required. /n - Level III experience required. /n /nDisclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
