Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members, keeping them informed throughout the ED visit. Desired Experience: Current RN license with emergency nursing experience preferred. Skilled in triage and emergency patient management. Proficient in performing invasive and non-invasive nursing procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to assess psychosocial factors and provide culturally sensitive care. Knowledge of infection prevention protocols.
