Maintain professional accountability for the care provided to assigned patients. Assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers. Collaborate with various departments to coordinate patient care. Uphold patient rights and ensure confidentiality of patient information. Execute responsibilities in alignment with our mission, values, and service standards. Qualifications: Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program with one of the following: Associate Degree in Nursing Nursing Diploma Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Licensure: A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri is required, or possession of compact licensure as per state nursing board regulations. Experience: Previous hospital experience is preferred and may be necessary depending on the specific unit. Certifications: Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications: Education: BSN is preferred Licensure: Additional state licensure or specialty certifications are preferred Experience: Prior experience in a specialty area or similar clinical environment Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to fulfill nursing duties Why Choose Us?
