be considered. A specialized nursing professional is sought to
provide dedicated care for a young student requiring comprehensive
support in an elementary school setting in Newark, NJ. This
contract position runs from the current school year (CSY) through
the end of the school year (EOSY), with an immediate start. Key
Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one nursing care to a 7-year-old
student with cerebral palsy who is wheelchair-bound and experiences
daily seizures. Accompany the student on bus transportation to and
from school, ensuring safety and medical assistance as needed.
Monitor the students health status throughout the school day,
managing seizure interventions and any other medical needs.
Collaborate closely with school staff and parents to support the
student's well-being and educational participation. Preferred
Qualifications: Valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Experience working with pediatric
patients and students with complex medical needs. Ability to
provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a school
environment. Willingness to commit to the schedule from
approximately 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This role

school setting. The nurse will play a vital role in enabling the
student to safely participate in daily activities and accomplish

student with complex health needs throughout the school day and
transportation times. Compensation for this position ranges from
