StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $190000.00 - $215000.00 A collaborative
workers’ compensation rehabilitation-focused pain management clinic
in Palo Alto, CA, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant to join its mission-driven, multidisciplinary
team that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a personable
approach to patient care. Position Highlights: - Specialty: Pain
management within the Workers’ Compensation system - Schedule:
Flexible; Clinic is Open M-F from 7:30-4:30, - See an average of
16–18 patients/day (1-hr consults, 30-min follow-ups) - 60%
in-person / 40% telehealth visits conducted in the office - Join a
Collaborative and supportive work environment Compensation &
Benefits: - Base salary $190K–$215K - Annual performance bonus
$10K–$40K - 401K(4% match after the 1st year, with immediate
vesting) - Three weeks PTO, eight sick days, and eight paid
holidays - $2,000 CME allowance Ideal Candidate: - 1 year of
independent post-grad clinical experience (orthopedics, PM&R,
or pain management background preferred). - Comfortable with
workers’ comp patients. - Personable, confident, collaborative —
