Job Description Interim Staff Pharmacist – LTAC Hospital Greenfield, IN (Just Outside Indianapolis) We are actively seeking an Interim Staff Pharmacist for a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC) in Greenfield, Indiana—just a short drive from Indianapolis. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys a slower-paced, clinical environment with a small, collaborative team and meaningful patient impact. About the Facility Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC) 25 staffed beds | ~12 average daily census Low-volume, patient-focused setting Schedule Monday–Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm Occasional need to stay later if needed Shared on-call weekend coverage with Pharmacy Manager What You’ll Be Doing Order verification and clinical oversight IV compounding (non-chemo) Supporting inpatient pharmacy operations Working closely with a small care team in a hands-on environment Technology HCS ePharmacy (hospital system) Omnicell (automation) What We’re Looking For Active Indiana Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain quickly) Recent hospital experience strongly preferred IV compounding experience required Comfortable working independently in a smaller setting Flexible and team-oriented Why This Role?
