Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Candidate must have experience evaluating and developing treatment plans, documenting in compliance with clinic and payer requirements, and providing hands-on and therapeutic exercise interventions. No new graduates. Minimum of relevant clinical experience required by the client (experience with outpatient caseloads, functional goal-directed plans, and letters of medical necessity preferred). Experience supervising or providing direction for ancillary therapy staff and participating in student clinical education preferred. Maintain compliance with state practice act, professional licensure in good standing, and completion of state-mandated continuing education. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Duration: 13 week assignment. Schedule: 5x8 shift pattern (40 hours per week). Must perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and complete timely, compliant documentation. May be required to follow clinic policies related to patient and employee safety, infection control, and safe patient handling.
