Job Description:
Description: Responsible for acting as a liaison between
customers and Vector Laboratories. Processing customer phone, fax
and email orders by accurately entering the appropriate information
into the NetSuite MRP system. Answering the telephone, transferring
customer calls as required and corresponding with customers via
email and phone. Clerical duties include mailing, emailing and
faxing invoices, making copies, filing invoices and distributing
mail. Liaison to customers worldwide, providing product/services
information and resolving emerging problems that customers might
face with accuracy and efficiency. o Responding the incoming
customer inquiries o Processing phone, fax and email orders into
the NetSuite MRP system. o Sorting and distribute incoming mail o
Processing outgoing mail o Mailing, emailing and faxing invoices o
Making photo copies o Filing invoices o Corresponding with
customers via email and phone o Handling various miscellaneous
office tasks o Processing refunds, exchanges, credits o Following
SOPs and directions from Manager o Providing world class customer
service o Ensuring customer satisfaction o Promoting Vector
products through cross selling and upselling and through special
offers when appropriate o Listening actively and handling customers
and complaints in a friendly and patient way o Reporting
complaints, issues, etc. with product or service o Enabling
customers to easily do business with the company o Handling
complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in
a timely manner; Follow up to ensure resolution Skills: Customer
