Job Description:

Looking for a friendly and empathetic individual to join Customer Service Representative team.

In this role you will be the face and voice of the company, you will be responsible for to the following customer service task:

--- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, employees and community partners via email, phone to provide support and assistance with their inquires and concerns
--- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience and to identify opportunities to improve service
--- Develop and implement CSR initiatives to align with company values and goals
--- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR into business operations
--- Perform other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be quick learner who can think on their feet and adapt to changing situations. They will be able to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment and will be comfortable with technology.
