*Job description**Temco Logistics* is looking for a customer-oriented service representative to join our Team in Newark, CA. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.*Responsibilities but not limited to:** Manage large amounts of incoming calls* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents* Talk to our drivers regarding their routes, make sure they are on track.* Data Entry*Skills:** Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters* Excellent communication and presentation skills* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively* High school degreeJob Type: Full-time- On siteShift: Tuesday through SaturdaySalary: $18 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:Work Location: One locationNor Cal - #INDNCAbility to commute/relocate:* Newark: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person*Temco Logistics is a family-owned company that has been delivering and installing home goods since its inception in 1968.
