Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Mammography Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and valid CA license for a variable shift position. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Work in a surgical center mammography unit - Patient population consists primarily of adult women requiring diagnostic and screening mammograms - Variable 5x8 hour shifts, scheduled either Tuesday through Saturday or Monday through Friday, with shift hours between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. - Fifth shift may be on Saturday; schedule may include Sunday/Monday or Friday/Sunday as days off - Every other weekend coverage required - Epic EMR experience preferred - Return staff must have at least a one-year break before being eligible to return as a traveler - Only one holiday will be approved as requested time off - 50 mile radius rule applies for travel eligibility - Locals are accepted with compensation at the local rate - Completion of e-learning modules during orientation is required - Must indicate any background check findings or DUIs prior to consideration - Epic charting experience is preferred for this role /n /n Requirements/n - Current CA CRT, ARRT, RHM, and BLS certifications required - Minimum 2 years of recent mammography experience - Travel experience preferred - License required if applicable - Must provide two references from the past two years - Must be available to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-632455.
