Select location (Start typing to search)*Hasura is seeking a Sr. GTM Recruiter to partner with our GTM executives and accelerate our growth by hiring world class Sales and GTM talent. As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you'll immediately dive into recruiting high-priority roles, particularly Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives, with a primary focus on sourcing, engaging, and closing Sales talent. We have a ton of momentum from our new AI product, PromptQL, and need a strong Recruiter to hire the GTM team to go out and capitalize on it.Location: Hybrid, working in our SF office 1-3 days a weekAbout the roleDrive end-to-end recruiting for sales roles and related GTM roles, specifically supporting our Enterprise Sales team, emphasizing rapid sourcing and pipeline velocity.Independently build robust, high-quality candidate pipelines to meet aggressive hiring goals.Effectively engage, screen, and close top-tier Sales talent, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout.Partner closely and effectively with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain alignment throughout the hiring process.Continuously analyze and optimize recruiting funnel performance to enhance efficiency, conversion rates, and offer acceptance.Own projects and programs extending beyond the typical recruiting activities, ensuring process excellence and a top-notch experience for all candidates.About you7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high tech companiesYou have an accomplished track record of hiring Enterprise and/or Strategic Account Executives that have experience selling a very technical productYou love to source passive candidates via LinkedIn, Gem AI Sourcing, or other meansYou can craft strong value propositions across Sales, GTM, and technical roles alikeA collaborative and effective communicator who can build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alikeProven track record of high-velocity recruiting in fast-paced, high-demand environments for hard to fill positionsHighly execution-oriented, with excellent organization, prioritization, and closing skillsExperience analyzing recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and implement impactful process improvementsDetermined, proactive, and creative in overcoming sourcing and hiring challengesCompensation (USD)This role is a contract and the expected base pay range for this role is 140K - 180K + bonusEquity (ESOPs)About Hasura:At Hasura, we're helping the world's most innovative teams build AI-native applications with 100% reliability on their enterprise data - thanks to PromptQL.
