We are currently seeking a leader and driver for our Engineering Program Management Organization. This position requires an experienced professional with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills who is comfortable communicating complex issues at all levels of the organization. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. • Own and publish the technical product and market description of each model within the Lucid product portfolio
• Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Design, Sales, Homologation, Engineering, and Business Operations to define the vehicle features and requirements as a function of trim level and related production start dates as influenced by the product plan (market requirements) and relevant constraints (product requirements)
• Manage the feature list of Lucid products throughout the vehicle lifecycle from development to launch and mid-cycle updates
• Responsible for ensuring accurate and complete capture of performance and other product goals, appropriate requirements decomposition, architecture definition, and understanding the technical solution.
• Maintain an expertise in product features available throughout the industry and an understanding of customer expectations within the vehicle segments, creating an environment of innovation and product excellenceQualifications
  • Required 10+ years of experience in automotive industry product development and delivery (Excluding Industrial, Commercial, Motorcycle, or Recreational Vehicles)
  • 5+ years of experience in full vehicle responsibility, with voice-of-customer or product definition experience
  • Direct experience taking multiple products to market as a leader of a relevant area
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams from across the enterprise (Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Finance, etc.)
  • Strong technical aptitude necessary to drive development of a high technology product
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the enterprise
  • Expertise in vehicle offerings, available features within the segments and future technologies
  • Ability to propose the appropriate adoption strategy in a fast and agile workplace
    • 
      Advantageous:
    • Experience with feature requirements management systems (e.g. JAMA)
    • Experience with Atlassian software (JIRA, Confluence)Experience as an automotive engineerEducation
      • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
