Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in the security
industry, is seeking a dedicated and responsible Field Supervisor
to oversee daily operations of on-site guarding teams. In this
role, the Field Supervisor will ensure that all security operations
run smoothly and effectively to protect our clients' properties and
ensure the safety of their employees and customers. The ideal
candidate will be adept in managing and training security personnel
and will have a strong understanding of modern security
technologies and practices. Oversee the day-to-day operations of
security personnel deployed at various sites. Ensure that all
security staff adhere to operational guidelines and legal
regulations. Conduct regular site visits to assess the work
performance of security teams and ensure the execution of security
protocols. Resolve any issues related to staff or the security of
properties promptly. Develop and implement training programs to
enhance the operational effectiveness and knowledge of security
protocols amongst the team members. Prepare and submit detailed
reports on the security status of all managed properties. Liaise
with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
Ensure compliance with all company and client safety and security
procedures. Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
In-depth knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment and
incident response. Ability to work under pressure and make
decisions in emergency situations. Proficient with modern
technology including security management systems and surveillance
equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
