The Treasury organization at Lucid is responsible for global
cash operations, managing liquidity risk, managing banking
relationships, manage short term and long term borrowing
strategies, manage corporate and entity level capital structure,
debt financing, corporate insurance, managing risk exposures such
as FX, commodities and interest rates and investing Lucid’s cash
balance.
Your duties will include:
- Build a robust in-house investment program for short, medium
and long-term liquidity needs and capital needs
- Manage Lucid's asset allocation strategy and Investment
Policies
- Negotiate, implement and maintain relationships across all
separately managed accounts and custodians
- Recommend investment opportunities in different geographies
Lucid operates in
- Build forecasts, measure portfolio performance, and create
management reports
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and regulations
- Work closely with accounting, FP&A, legal and other areas
of treasury as applicable
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in Treasury Investments with a global
company
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a
technical field. MBA / CFA / CTP preferred
- Strong knowledge in various investment products, portfolio
management, asset allocation and risk management
- Proven analytical, communication skills and can present ideas
and complex issues in a concise manner
- Self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced
environment and can handle multiple priorities/projects
simultaneously
- Experience with treasury systems and SAP preferred
