Job Description:

Duties Perform application administration, system and integration monitoring, and reporting Respond to and resolve issues reported by end users through JIRA ticketing system, add/remove users and update administrative and security permissions Support Retail Ops by coordinating resolution of reported application issues with others in Global IT Create and modify reports, ad hoc queries and analysis in data, troubleshooting Identify issue patterns and facilitate root cause analysis and resolution Perform data mapping, data discovery and data load investigations Collaborate with the Stakeholders to implement new functionality, perform maintenance projects, and research new issues QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis and/or Production Support Strong knowledge of Salesforce, SQL, HTML and Javascript Experience with Mfg, Inventory Management, and/or Automotive Domain experience Comfortable working with a highly collaborative, globally distributed team as well as independently Excellent customer facing skills and understanding of different communication styles Strong technical documentation skills Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment Strong organizational, documentation and collaboration skills Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a focus on existing offerings and continuous improvement Self-motivated with ability to adapt quickly to constantly changing environment
