Finance Manager - Global Sales / B2B
(GCO = Global Commercial Organization)

The purpose of this job is to provide finance support to
Logitech's GCO 'Global Sales' leadership team, that is in charge of
GCO's go-to-market strategy. The 'Global Sales' finance manager
drives financially sound decisions that generate sales growth,
margin improvement while ensuring strong controls are in place.
Finance Manager plays a key role in offering unbiased and
independent view of the business. A person in this role will be a
key enabler in assessing strategic mid to long term projects, and
then ensuring decisions of the Global Sales leadership team are
implemented, and results monitored.
This role will be primarily focused on GCO's
business-to-business activities, while some projects might relate
to other parts of our go-to-market landscape.
The primary business interactions of this position will be the
'GCO Global Head of B2B Sales', the other members of the 'GCO
Global Sales' leadership team as well as the Regional Heads of B2B
Sales & Marketing and the B2B Key Account Managers (KAM).
From a functional standpoint, there will be frequent
interactions with the GCO Finance & GCO Operations teams as well as
with the regional & local finance teams.
From a commercial standpoint, the position will give you the
opportunity to work in close contact with the realities of world
famous names from the consumer electronics industry, international
distribution groups and value-added resellers/integrators. You will
live daily the pace of innovation, technology, product design and
the demands of the international financial markets.

In this role, you will:
Support the GCO 'Global Head of B2B Sales' assess and implement
decisions consistent with the company strategy on B2B
Ensure optimal management of B2B activities via clear analytics
as well as the implementation of balanced scorecards to track
Lead the global consolidation of the B2B performance across the
six GCO Regions. Implement harmonized metrics and transparency in
planning & reporting.
Perform analyses specific to B2B business performance: pipeline
analysis, large deals, sales productivity, etc.
Deep dive into B2B profitability, understand the profitability
of our main B2B customers.
Support global strategies around pricing programs and assess
impacts to our P&L.
Provide support to B2B and/or global customer projects, in
collaboration with your 'Global Sales' business partners
Analyze sales investments and operating expenses associated with
the B2B channel and make recommendations to your business
Provide insightful perspective to the 'Global Sales' leadership
team on the B2B channel financial performance.
- Collaborate with peer finance members to identify best
Masters Degree, with a specialisation in Finance or
8+ years of experience in finance, preferably in FP&A or
4 years+ relevant experience in an international B2B business
Solid business acumen and judgment
Sound analytical skills. Ability to manipulate and interpret
data. Ability to build business cases and financial modeling.
Self-motivated and goal orientated
Ability to work independently
Experience in interacting with / presenting to management
Ability to function well in a high-energy business environment.
Capable to bring structure while enabling fast-pace and
Used to operating in matrixed organisations.
Familiar with multicultural environment
Familiar with 'Salesforce.com' platform a plus
