The Team and The Role:
Our team operates in the sweet spot between startup agility and
enterprise stability. We're looking for a creative copywriter to
support our product marketing organization across the entire VC
This person will partner closely with product marketing, product
and content marketing teams to develop relevant, valuable, and
engaging content tied to new and existing products. This role
reports to the Head of Product Marketing in the Logitech Video
Collaboration Business Group.
In this role, you will:
Work alongside product marketing leads to develop and write
clear and compelling messaging that communicates the value of our
Video Collaboration products to a broad audience, including
business and IT decision makers, partners, and end users.
Write new and uplevel existing product marketing content
including landing page copy, data sheets, ready-to-use product
descriptions, video or presentation scripts, software product UI
copy, paid media copy for product campaigns, and more.
Conduct topical research and interview subject matter experts
including but not limited to Product Marketing Managers and Product
Managers to inform content development.
Collaborate with Logitech's brand and creative team, graphic
designers, external agency partners, and other cross-functional
team members to deliver projects on time and on message.
Evaluate both external and internal consumption of and
engagement with written materials and make recommendations for
future product content mix
Can toggle between materials written for business
(decision-makers, partners) and for end users of our products.
- Supports new requirements for product copy as they arise,
including but not limited to industry conferences, campaigns and
internal meeting and communications.
5+ year professional writing experience in some combination of
creative, marketing, and technical venues.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management
skills with a proven history of meeting deadlines
Strong ability to write to specification while maintaining
proper style/brand voice and adapting tone for different formats
and use cases
High attention to detail -grammar, punctuation, fact-checking,
etc.- without losing sight of the broader story
Able to be a strong brand advocate who works with diverse teams
to achieve business objectives
Solid knowledge of design and layout principles
Experienced with web copywriting and take a thoughtful approach
- Familiarity with the Video Conferencing industry a plus
