Are you skilled in conduct ing usability testing and translating
findings into product improvements? Then heres your chance to join
our new product development team! Were hiring a seasoned User
Experience Wizard/Architect/Designer to influence product designs
to make simple, useful, usable, and desirable products that will
save lives. This is a remote opportunity requiring domestic and
international travel up to 25%. Your journey will include variety
in development phases such as discovery, definition, concept
testing, design, and usability testing. You will influence
architecture and product concepts of both physical and digital
content. You will affect an entire ecosystem of products, impacting
entire customer workflows. You will learn first-hand from potential
users what their pain points are, translate them to requirements,
and inspire development engineers to solve them in a collaborative
and cohesive way. UX Wizards are: Good atLearning and communicating
simply through models and illustrations a users current state
workflow: who, what, when, where, and whyUtilizing contextual
inquiry, interviewing, surveys, customer visits, and other user
research methods to gather what users want, and are willing to pay
forCollaboratively designing physical, software, and workflow
solutions to address user needs and pain pointsDesigning and
executing formative evaluations, such as usability studies and
cognitive walkthroughs, to identify use errors, design flaws, and
use data to drive decisionsPerforming use error analysis, and
designing out the failure mode or use error causesTeaching others
how to do many of these things so UX spreads as part of the
development and business culture Not scared ofA blank sheet of
paperBuilding imperfect wireframes, mockups, and rapid prototypes
to fail fastCreating simple, user-story based requirements and
inspiring a cross-functional team to achieve themLeading ideation
sessionsUX metrics - building, measuring, and tracking

guidance such as IEC 62366 and FDAs Applying Human Factors and
Usability Engineering to Medical Devices MustDiscover and promote

degree with 7 years of experience in software AND hardware user
experience/interface design including complex systems -OR- a
Master's or higher degree with 3 years' experienceExtra awesome

experienceEntrepreneurial work styleUX for service and

salary range for this role ($120,000 - $130,000) is min-mid range.
This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of
possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We
may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range
is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range
may be modified in the future.This job is also eligible for 15%
bonus/incentive pay.We offer comprehensive package of benefits

to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be
wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and
determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission,
