JD for Senior Backup Administrator:

• Administrating the large backup environment with on-premises and cloud based backup solutions
  
• Worked on large backup environment solutions and planning and recommended cost effective solutions for customers.
  
• Having experience on Service Now ticketing tool.
  
• VM backups & Restore solutions
  
• Installing Configuring and administrating EClient Networker, Datadomains and Cohesity in large enterprise environment.
  
• Disaster recovery, planning and management.
  
• Creating Backup notifications in large enterprise networker environment.
  
• Clustered Application and Database servers backup administration.
  
• Designing the Backup Strategy for the sites and ensuring scheduled/unscheduled Backups as per backup plan and restoration.
  
• Administering Storage devices like Netapp, EClient VNX and Unity will be an added advantage.
  
• Troubleshooting Backup and Restore related issues.
  
• Acting on restore requests based on the priority.
  
• Implementing and managing Disk based backups for heterogeneous clients using EClient Networker.
  
• Guiding the L1 and L2 members.
  
• Prepare plan for Disaster Recovery Testing and perform DR for large environment
  
• Working on the escalated incidents from L1s.
  
• Performing the backup incident trend analysis and Work on Proactive Problem tickets to avoid repetitive backup failures.
