Job Description:
The Corporate Development team at OpenAI leads initiatives
across M&A and other strategic initiatives. We're looking for
our first integration hire - a unique opportunity to build a new
function from the ground up. In this role, you'll partner closely
with senior executives and cross-functional teams to help shape and
accelerate OpenAI's growth trajectory.This role is based in San
Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office
per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.In this
role, you will:Develop the foundational playbooks and processes for
M&A integration at OpenAIEngage in deal diligence, providing
guidance on transaction structure, GTM alignment, and strategic
business considerationsLead and manage cross-functional workstreams
throughout the integration lifecycleTrack and communicate
integration progress to executive stakeholdersEstablish and scale a
high-performing M&A integration functionYou might thrive in
this role if you:Experience in M&A, business operations,
consulting, or related strategic rolesHands-on experience leading
M&A integrationsStrong cross-functional project management
skills and a bias toward ownershipExcellent communication abilities
- both written and verbalA self-starter mentality with a track
