- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships,
management consulting, or investment banking, in industries such as
Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps,
Ads, Gaming, or Technology.
- Experience working with C-level executives and
cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.Preferred
qualifications:
- Master's degree or an equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience working in a fluid and collaborative
environment.
- Experience in Cloud or Enterprise software sales.
- Ability to identify business opportunities, assess benefits,
structure agreements, and negotiate terms with partners.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.About the

Partnerships Development team seeks and explores new opportunities
with Google's partners. Using your business acumen and product
knowledge, you will interact directly with partners, helping them
grow with Google's latest offerings. Your familiarity with relevant
verticals and industry relationships will help shape applications
and content for products like YouTube, Google TV, and Commerce.This
role involves developing advanced software and hardware to enable
remote conversations that feel as if participants are together. You
will work alongside researchers and engineers to bring the future
of communication to market with Google products.The Global
Partnerships organization explores new opportunities with partners,
supporting Google's product teams with strategic partnerships,
go-to-market strategies, and business growth initiatives across
various products.Responsibilities
- Support and implement Starline's Direct business strategy,
identifying and qualifying potential leads.
- Maintain a pipeline of business opportunities, tracking and
prioritizing leads, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Google to align on
and drive customer-led sales, discussing business terms and
pricing.
- Provide thought leadership on product strategy, incorporating
customer feedback and market insights, and facilitate onboarding
and ongoing support for new customers.
- Represent customer interests, ensuring feedback is integrated
