Customer Service Associate

Apply for this Customer Service position! We are currently seeking candidates with retail, call-center, or sales experience to join a growing team in Fremont, CA. This position requires an intensive training program due to the technical nature of the position. The company is an international organization that owns 90% of the market share in the field. They seek candidates who are smart, adaptive, and charismatic with previous customer support experience.

Duties:

-Manage a group of 5-7 accounts (semiconductor and manufacturing)

-Interact with the sales and manufacturing team to ensure products are made to client specifications

- Ensure the database is up-to-date and accurate with client information

- Process orders and shipping information

Preferred Qualifications:

- 3-5 Years direct customer experience

- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience

- Ability to establish rapport and business relationships

- Technical savvy

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including word, excel, and outlook
