highly motivated Senior Compensation, Benefits, and Systems Analyst
to join our team!How You'll Contribute
- Lead transition for new HRIS/different PEO or bring benefits
in-house if needed.
- Participates in the design, implementation and administration
of compensation and benefit programs, policies and guidelines
- Perform compensation/benefit benchmark analysis and provide
recommendations/ strategy.
- Conducts designated salary/benefits surveys and other related
surveys
- Manages the performance appraisal processes including
communication, collecting merit, bonus, and equity increase
recommendations and obtaining final approvals
- Ensures compliance with Federal and State wage and hour laws
and oversees the determination of the FLSA exemption status for new
and existing positions
- Management of the health and retirement benefit programs:
Manages and/or oversees contract renewals, communications, problem
resolution, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with
provisions of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and other federal and local
regulatory requirements.
- Serve as HRIS system administrator and manage functionality and
data integrity of HR systems, focusing on implementing the HRIS
system across the global organization and work to ensure HR systems
and data are efficiently utilized, maintained and available
throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with business leaders to determine reporting needs
and deliver data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Generate and deliver a variety of routine weekly, monthly and ad
hoc reports as needed for management. Prepare HR dashboard for
leadership and employees, update them regularly.
- Other duties as assignedQualifications, Skills, Knowledge &
Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources
or equivalent education and/or experience. HR certification is a
plus.
- 5+ years of experience working in the human resources
field
- Total Rewards & HR Systems experience for a fast-moving,
rapidly scaling company
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local
employment-related laws and regulations, including but not limited
to ADA, EEO, FMLA, and FLSA).
- Project management skills including attention to detail, highly
organized.
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams and with
individuals at all levels within an organization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of
confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and
flexibly.
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast pace and dynamic
environment, able to work well under pressure to meet
deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook), HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical
