We are looking for an experienced developer who will build out
analytics for the manufacturing environments. The role: --- Own the
development of analytics from a technical perspective by becoming
an expert on vehicle architecture and understanding how to apply
data solutions to analyze vehicle issues and performance. --- Work
closely with Systems, Manufacturing, and Diagnostic Engineering
teams to resolve manufacturing issues within General Assembly (GA)
and End-of-Line Testing (EOL). --- Leverage remote diagnostic data
to develop alerts and drive resolution of common fleet issues. ---
Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on vehicle trend analysis
and health monitoring. --- Validate and disposition vehicle alerts.
--- Understand analytics and models that output alerts. --- Drive
the evolution of analytics from reactive to predictive. --- Draft,
review, and maintain training materials in consultation with
Systems Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering. --- Resolve
critical issues as they arise by coordinating with cross functional
teams. --- Troubleshoot data issues. --- Be creative in your design
- abstraction is critical! --- Work in a multi-program environment.
--- Capable communicator that can present results and maintain
relevant timelines with leadership, project managers, and
engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- BS in Engineering, Technology, or Data related fields
- 3+ years experience in an engineering, technical, or data
- Proficiency in SQL
- Willingness to provide after-hours support for global, critical
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
- Have worked in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in process and project development within a cross
- Understanding of analytics and machine learning and their
- Proven technical leadership experience
- Experience in training and onboarding new team members
