Job Description:
Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Accurately record, update and
document requests utilizing Jira and any other duties as assigned
by AV and IT management. Serve as a subject matter expert for all
areas of AV, providing critical support, mentoring, and guidance to
the IT HelpDesk. Respond to all troubleshooting issues regarding AV
equipment, properly evaluate issues and escalate those that are
problems to management. Responsible for maintaining the integrity
of conference rooms, and training environments in multiple
locations. Execute solid customer service skills while acting as a
liaison between the end user and other AV/IT personnel. Create
knowledge-based documentation, user manual creation, technical
writing skills maintain a schedule for preventative maintenance
while understanding the utilization needs of the company, checking
performance and functionality of all systems including controls.
Set up, operate and tear down of audio/video equipment in live
events Work closely with executive staff members to support high
level meetings, and events. Accurately Maintain audio/video
equipment inventory. Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours
Exceptional customer service and Audio-Visual troubleshooting
skills 2 years' experience in the AV industry in a support or
installer role Proficiency of Video Conferencing Software, Windows
& Mac OS Solution focused while thriving in a fast-paced
environment with ever changing priorities Basic networking skills
including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP keen eye for detail and self-starter
good verbal and written communication skills High level of physical
fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment
