excellent at multi-tasking. The Role: In this role you will be
embedded within the High Voltage Battery Team, build a strong
relationship with the team, and work cross functionally within the
Hardware Engineering department. As part of the team, you will
support a Sr. Technical Project Manager by maintaining
documentation, organizing purchasing, communicating with supply
chain, and helping monitor high voltage issues through JIRA. You
will: Help create, organize, and maintain timelines and projects
progress report. Maintain High Voltage team Jira tickets,
Confluence space, Excel, and Smartsheets. Create purchase requests
using SAP to support design and validation efforts. Inform team of
product decisions. Support onboarding of new members. Establish
efficient processes for communication of technical information, and
more as we grow Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in
engineering and/or manufacturing - engineering background would be
very helpful for connecting with the team and having some
understanding of what is going on. Ability to communicate
effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points: Consistent
record of project management and resolving issues. Experience
working with International OEM partners. Desire to learn, grow, and
expand into larger project management role. Education: MS or BS in
a field relevant to project management of technology or equivalent
work experience.
