Looking for someone who is strong with Tableau and has strong analytical skills. As a Sr. Research Analyst you will be responsible for supporting data analysis needs in the Customer Advocacy group. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who possesses intellectual curiosity, passionate about data, and focused on business effectiveness and efficiency while striving for creativity, flexibility, and integration within an ever changing environment.

The Sr. Research Analyst is responsible for analysis, data management, and reports/dashboard development in Customer Advocacy. This function will manage data analysis projects to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities

? Maintain and develop a library of Tableau reporting templates using multiple waves of survey data.

? Analyze data to support various projects/programs in Customer Advocacy

? Obtain, evaluate, clean, merge, format, and manage large datasets from internal and external sources

? Mine data across a variety of sources and of different natures to synthesize and identify patterns, trends and relationships

? Ability to link internal data to customer feedback on the account-level

? Document the analysis approach with clear work instructions.

? Provide data expertise to core teams as well as cross functional teams.

? Develop and manage metrics and reporting as required.

? Ensure projects are completed on time.

? Participate in project planning and scheduling and develop analysis approach as required.

Job Requirements of the Sr. Research Analyst:

? BS/BA degree (or equivalent) required. Degree in business, analytics, statistics or math, market research, information technology, or related fields

? Experience as a research analyst in the technology industry, preferably enterprise software

? Experience with pivot tables, data analysis and metrics development using MS Excel.

? Experience working with large data sets and statistical analysis a plus.
