As the Sr. Program Manager of Sales Content, you will support content curation, knowledge base management, and internal and external content creation to drive sales programs and communications for our rapidly growing sales department. In this role, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders to create clear, concise, and related content and programming. Our sales strategy prioritizes a world-class customer experience to assist in building the Lucid brand. The Sr. Program Manager of Sales Content role plays a critical role in shaping the continued engagement strategy surrounding this approach through our CRM and sales tools.

The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguous situations and help support the strong Learning & Development culture within the Sales Department. In order to be successful in this role, you will be able to think big and focus on scalable processes and solutions that not only drive results today but support a long-term focus on surprising and delighting customers.

The Role

  • Develop and manage a knowledge management system and content output calendar
  • Help, adapt, write, and edit content to develop a thorough knowledge base and content catalog
  • Partner with Product, Marketing and Engineering teams to develop customer facing content and sales communication tools that aligns with new products, features and selling ceremony standards
  • Own and report key metrics and to measure content performance
  • Ensure that all content and communications are on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for clarity and user experience
  • Proactively develop standards, processes, and best practices for rapid content creation
  • Interact and work closely with Senior Leadership to determine specific messaging needs to align communication goals with the overall Sales Department objectives
  • Lead content creation for sales programs and CRM communication strategies
  • Partner with marketing on deploying related materials, brand tools and assess to the field and teams Qualifications
    • 3-5 years of experience in content and communication strategy with experience in automotive preferred.
    • Experience using analytics to determine content management effectiveness
    • Experience administering a Content Management System / Knowledge Base (Confluence preferred).
    • Exceptional written skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to rapidly master new technologies, methodologies, and subject matter, and transfer this expertise in a digestible way
    • Extreme ownership of sales content to support end users at all stages of employee's journey
    • Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment

      Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

      CA / Bay Area: $108,000 - $140,000

      Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
