As the Sr. Program Manager of Sales Content, you will support
content curation, knowledge base management, and internal and
external content creation to drive sales programs and
communications for our rapidly growing sales department. In this
role, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders to create
clear, concise, and related content and programming. Our sales
strategy prioritizes a world-class customer experience to assist in
building the Lucid brand. The Sr. Program Manager of Sales Content
role plays a critical role in shaping the continued engagement
strategy surrounding this approach through our CRM and sales
tools.
The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguous situations and help
support the strong Learning & Development culture within the Sales
Department. In order to be successful in this role, you will be
able to think big and focus on scalable processes and solutions
that not only drive results today but support a long-term focus on
surprising and delighting customers.
The Role
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific
to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and
in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account
the wide variety of factors that are considered in making
compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset;
experience, education and training; certifications; and other
relevant business and organizational factors.
CA / Bay Area: $108,000 - $140,000
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of
competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life
insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful
candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity
program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to
the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive
awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without
limitation, individual and company performance.)
